PURCHASE, TERMS OF PURCHASE
o concluded with the simultaneous physical presence of the contracting parties in a place other than the Company's business premises;
o for which the Buyer has made an offer to the Company in the circumstances specified in the previous clause;
o concluded at the Company's business premises or using a means of communication between absent persons immediately after the Company, in the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, has personally and individually contacted the Customer at a place other than the Business premises; or
o entered into during a trip organized by the Company for the purpose of selling or promoting the products or services to the Buyer.
PLACING AN ORDER
o Next to the available products is the "Add to Cart" button. Click here to buy the product, just put it in the cart.
o The current value of the shopping cart is always displayed and updated on the right.
o Any product you put in your cart will remain there until you delete it or order it. You can check, modify or delete the contents of your cart at any time.
o Going from the summary part of the "BASKET" function, you can enter the billing and delivery address when finalizing the order.

o MAGNETIT accepts your offer by e-mail. The contract is concluded upon receipt of a separate e-mail accepting the offer by MAGNETIT, and not upon receipt of the e-mail confirming the order automatically within 48 hours. The User is released from the obligation to make an offer if he does not receive a confirmation e-mail from MAGNETIT without delay (within 48 hours) regarding the order sent.
o If the e-mails are not received because the User's e-mail account space is full or you have entered an incorrect e-mail address, thus MAGNETIT is not able to perform the confirmation, therefore it excludes its responsibility in this matter. If the Buyer notices an error with regard to the data in the confirmation e-mail, he must report it to MAGNETIT within 1 day at one of the Customer Service contacts in order to avoid fulfilling unwanted orders.
o The buyer indicates the need for performance at the moment of clicking on the order button on the website, so he requests "immediate" performance (the right of withdrawal starts from this date).
o Orders are processed on business days. It is also possible to place the order outside the dates indicated as the processing of the order, if it takes place after the end of working hours, it will be processed within the next 2 working days. In all cases, our customer service will confirm by e-mail when you can fulfil your order.
o On a case-by-case basis, but we reserve the right to refuse orders that have already been confirmed in part or in full - if the product is not available in stock or the manufacturer has stopped production, the importer will supply it. Partial performance can only take place after a written (email) consultation with the customer.

o If a product from your order is not in stock within a reasonable time, we will inform you, and if you continue to place your order for that product, we will send it later with free delivery to the specified delivery address.
